Assistant Surgeon James Pagan was appointed in the Judicial and Revenue Department, under date the 9th instant to perform the medical duties of the Civil Station of Midnapore, vice-assistant Surgeon J. O'Dwyer, placed at his own request, at the disposal of His Excellency, the Commander-in-Chief. Appointed as Assistant Surgeon on 7th March 1832.
