Major, 67th NI, bapt. Inverness 22 Sep. 1787. Cadet 1804. Arrived in India 6 Apr. 1806. Ensign 11 Mar. 1806. Lieut. 2 Feb. 1807. Capt. 31 Dec. 1823. Major 18 Dec. 1834. d.s.p. Little Russell St. Calcutta, 3 Aug. 1837, aged 50.
