Mary Ann Ehrhardt was married to John Weir. John Weir, was a Sheriff’s Officer, and constable of the Colingah Division. He (or another John Weir) married on Rebecca Bratt on 7 April 1841, which would be some time after Marry Ann Ehrhardt’s death. On April 1838, Weir was party in a case trying one George Lloyd and one George Morgan for stealing a musical snuff-box from William Tippin in Seebtollah lane using force.
